Let's start the day off right with a little
Shamrock Protein Shake!
In a blender combine the following:
3/4 cup Almond Breeze
1/4 cup cold water
4-5 ice cubes
2 tbsp 0% mf Greek Yogurt
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
green food coloring
1/4 tsp peppermint extract (or I have used the sugar-free Torani peppermint syrup)
